Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Anythings (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Anythings turns text, voice, images, and files you submit into a prioritized to-do list using AI. It’s a productivity tool — not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Anythings. Provide accurate information.

Don’t use Anythings to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the Service, or submit content you don’t have the right to submit.

You keep ownership of everything you put into Anythings (your captures, tasks, and priorities). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, sending it to our AI subprocessors: Anthropic (Claude) to extract and rank your tasks, and OpenAI (Whisper) to transcribe any audio you submit. We don’t sell your content.

AI features can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context. Review anything important before relying on it. You’re responsible for how you use Anythings’s output.

Anythings offers a free plan with a lifetime allowance of tasks, and a paid Pro plan with unlimited tasks. Paid plans are billed through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep Pro through the end of the current billing period, then return to Free. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you sign up with a company or organization email address, you grant Anythings permission to identify you as a user and to display the name and logo associated with your email domain on our website and in marketing materials, as a customer reference. We’ll use them respectfully and solely to indicate that your organization uses Anythings. You can opt out at any time by emailing support@anythings.app, and we’ll remove your name and logo promptly.

You can stop using Anythings and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account and all of your data from your account settings.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anythings isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, let you know. Continued use means you accept the changes.
